30-Day Return Policy

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if:

1. The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

2. The wrong product was sent.

3. The order never arrived (confirmed by tracking).

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us at honkitoys@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

3. If approved, we’ll process a refund or replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Normal wear and tear, or customer misuse.

Minor variations in colour/size due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

Do I Need to Return the Product?

In most cases, you don’t need to return the item — we’ll either refund you or send a replacement. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions (please note: returns are not sent to our business address in Australia).

Consumer Law

Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
